Why have a clothing category under movement speed if none of the clothing can actually enhance your speed?

It’s not everything for the bonuses applied by apparel.
Some bonuses you get from skills for example.
They should be shown there, too.
It’s the overall character stats of bonuses.
But, of course, it could be bugged a bit.
