Companion Bugs: Boat Travel and Applying Armor to a Destroyed Companion Outside of Visual Range

  1. Taking the boat from Lennart’s Marin to Himsundsbryggan will cause the Companion to run to catch up, clipping through the cement pier and towards the bottom of the strait, where it immediately dies.

  1. If the Companion is destroyed and you attempt to apply armor before repairing it; the armor will apply, but then be overridden when you repair the Companion, destroying the armor.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Let Companion be destroyed somewhere in the game, somewhere when a decent distance away from a Safe House with a Companion Station not in visual range.

  2. Go back to a Companion Station on foot and open the interface.

  3. Craft and Apply Armor

  4. Back out of the Companion Station and Deploy the Companion from your inventory.

  5. Repair the Companion.
