Today I’ve defeated a few rivals and I know I’ve picked up a weapon skin, however, throughout the rush of the battle I didn’t see what gun the skin is for, Is there any way to see what skins you have and for what weapons?
NO. (stupid i know, the same way you dont know which weapons in the Plundra have attachments or not)
You will need to search all the weapons that have skins, there is somewhere a list about them, either here or in the WIKI.

that is quite unfortunate to hear, hopefully they will add a way to see this in the future.

My gripe with skins is they do not stick to a characters weapons when you change to another character and then go back to the other character.
