I started a brand new game with new character just a few days before the Sept 2023 update. I had secured most of the Archipelago by the time the update was applied.
Since the update, when I attempt to fast travel to the Vesslan Command Bunker - the game crashes. After trying this 5-10 times, I decided to try walking back there, but the game crashes any time I get near the lower half of the Archipelago.
The game also minimizes itself and crashes sporadically, but this crash when I attempt fast travel to Vesslan is 100% repeatable every time.
I’ve sent a half dozen crash reports.
