It seems to have solved it. I shut off windows fast startup because my problem was similar to this person in the article. When I would do a complete reboot, I would recreate this problem randomly but just doing a restart wouldnât. After shutting off fast startup, I canât seem to recreate this problem at all. Fingers crossed, this may have fixed this issue. Thanks for the advise, if something changes I will let you know.
