We’re both on PC.
I’m hosting a game, my first playthrough. He joins on me, we both have new characters and start at level 1.
After only a few missions I check the Team page and he’s at level 10000 and I’m at the proper level.
We restarted once and it happened again.
It didn’t happen when he played his own game last year.
There were just the two of us.
