Description: Twice now I obtained the experimental PVG and then something happened with my save file. The autosave icon was continually flashing I believe this was triggered by obtaining the experimental PVG. The time that just happened was after completing a Hard base defense mission. I obtained the weapon then saw the autosave icon would not go away.
Steps To Reproduce: Obtain an experimental PVG and see if the autosave icon does not go away, thus it does not finish saving so all game progress from then does not get saved 
loading my save from device or cloud does not seem to make a difference. Please look into. If I do seem to trigger again I will drop the weapon then pick up again to see it does it.
