Crafting in Gen Zero?

As a “Survival Game” I was hoping for more crafting of items, from house hold goods and bits and pieces found in the environment. The ability to craft body armor and weapons e.g. petrol bomb (molotov cocktail) would be good and might invoke a little bit more of the sharing of resources with other players .
Also the amount of things carried should have a direct effect on in game agility, therefore to make decisions on what to take harder and overall make the game more realistic.

I was hoping that the dead military personnel found in the game would have body armor and weapons that are able to be scavenged. Will just have to wait for the finished game.

What do you fellow beta testers think ? would be interesting to here your opinions on what could possible be crafted or whether this aspect at all should be included.

Where does it say it’s a survival game? It’s labeled as an Action/Adventure game on Steam. But sure, crafting is always fun and I’m sure it’s heavily reuqested. I wonder if Call of the Wild had any sort of crafting?

Crafting would be cool with the option to pick up and dismantle objects to get resources to do so. The character would become another 80s hero, MacGyver :sunglasses:
