Death From Above Mission- Mona is not at meet point

I have just finished doing most of the work for the Death From Above mission and have gone to the point where it says to meet up with Mona but she is not here. Is there any way to fix this?

Ok, all objectives done. Strange that the last one would not work.
I just went to see if Mona and Anna are still in my game, and they were.
Just check, the location where they should be, if you didn’t already did.
