Whenever you take one of the required items for the DLC Mission “For The Sick And The Injured”, it says that you have both items when you check the items when in the logs tab but it doesn’t say that you have completed it and it will not respawn the item due to you having them. this bug will not allow me to progress through the story so I would classify it as a major bug that may or may not be able to be replicated. The bug happened to me when the game crashed causing me to have to re-join the world that I was in.
