DLC paid for but not showing up or acknowledging that I paid for it

I have bought all the weapon packs and they are not showing up in game and the game says i have to buy them but i have bought them and on my ps4 it says the dlcs are installed… Im reinstalling the game jow to see if that fixes the issue, but if it does not then this will need to he addressed since it does cost real money to huy these items…
