Do you need a rival in every region

Hi do u need a rival in every region to get 6 star weapons? Just onto level 25 playing now and I’m about to start killing rivals.

No you don’t. You just need to be level 25. Also rival level/class matters as far as drop rates( with higher class/level have better rates) but any rival can give you a 6*

I recommend that you bring the rival to level 4 and the region to level 20
