Not game breaking but still.
We used to be able to access the docks at Saltholmen Naval Base. But for a real long time the door seem to be out of power. Clicking the switch again in the generator room doesn’t help.

Probably a stupid question, but I’ll ask all the same. Have you tried a restart of the game, and if that didn’t work have you tried this on a new world to see if this was an issue with the initial world you had tried this in?
While I doubt either of these will work, what’s the harm in giving them a shot and perhaps saving a tech a couple of steps.
Personally, I don’t mind if the devs skip this, since we have little need to go there. I posted this because @Zesiir asked it. I want real game-breaking things to be fixed and access to a new island, new missions.
