There are emotes already that just need verbal commands added to them. Like the wave “Hi, hello” or the salute could be “I will follow you” and so on. There are emotes that just need the sound file changed to verbal commands or quick says " That was fun! let’s do some more like it". But things players commonly use during co-op play. AFK, BRB, GG and so on. That way players don’t have to be looking at each other, just be close enough for them to hear the words like the emotes with music. Then close caption with whatever language the player is using. Since it is in Sweden, the verbal commands/sayings should be native to the country.
