Empty mission prompts and a messed up mission log

Description:
When launching the game I get an empty mission prompt in the top left. Pressing Y to read more reveals a messed up mission log.

Steps To Reproduce:
Start a game with a bunch of level 3 FNIX bases I guess. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯

I had an almost similar prompt yesterday, but without the buttons. There was this sound that comes along with this mission dialog, too.

Again, probably some experiments of the devs that weren’t built in or removed correctly.
