Enemies disappear rapidly, even while looting them

Playing on PC and am a client in a multiplayer session (this has happened in single player but its less common) only one other player.
this has happened 5+ times in 20 minutes of gameplay. ex- killed a squad of hunters (4) and started looting them and they all disappeared, the fight only lasted about 30 seconds and two disappeared as I was trying to loot them leaving me with this.

It can happen if the player that made them spawn leaves the game or fast travel far away. Then the clean up function in the game dispose of them. Happened several times for us when playing. Especially if the game crashes for the player. Then the game cleans away all machines that player activated.

neither happened, am currently clipping a video that shows the event happening to 1 of 3 dogs i had just killed.
