Description: When entering and navigating to the bottom floors (rooms area and main holding area (makeshift hospital/triage area), I was tailed/followed by Dogs and Harvester. I had already cleared that area of existing mobs previously, so it should have been empty. I will note that there were no Ticks during this second run to the Minken Command Bunker. While navigating through the bottom area with the hallway and rooms, two (2) Dogs glitched through the ceiling and appeared in the rooms. Additionally, another Dog had glitched through the ceiling near the large storage container that you had to destroy the “charging dog” in that was seeping the power from the base (as part of the mission). No other mobs have glitched through yet, and even though I am levels below the surface, the marker that indicates you are being noticed continued to increase from white to yellow while I could hear the Harvester. This is despite the fact that I am well underground. I haven’t experienced this in any of the other bunkers.

I’ve completed most of the bunker missions just after the first patch, and before the second one. Had absolutely no problems with Houdini robots.
Now, playing in coop, bunkers are just like houses, barns and garages - robots can glitch through if they really want to.

I’ve had hunters and doggos clip through the wall in both Minken and Uttern. Haven’t had it happen in other bunkers as of yet despite outside enemies detecting me.

A few bunkers show signs of being breached, it may be that the enemies we find there are meant to spawn inside the bunkers, just not in such a glitchy manner. I base this on the fact that I’ve noticed how bunkers are interior setpieces (like houses, barns etc) placed inside hollowed-out terrain in the game engine.

Afaik enemies can’t glitch through the terrain itself but they can accidentally spawn in the “cave area” outside the interior setpieces. That’s how you can walk through an empty room then come back and find machines there. If enemies followed you inside, it’s likely they aggroed the ones glitched in the walls. One would need to code the enemy AI to differentiate between terrain and interior, I think.

That’s my take on the issue, anyway.

Except in these cases, we hear these enemies tracking us from outside, and then see them clip right through walls to attack us.

I went to Minken and indeed, had a Seeker spot me through the wall. It attracted three Runners, which did aggro on me through the wall but they didn’t clip through. They ran all the way around and came at me through the nearby entrance. Not sure what to make of that.

The first time I had machines clip through a bunker wall was in Uttern. I had a group of hunters that were tracking me from outside. Didn’t think much of it since I was in a bunker. I went down the spiral staircase to loot the bottom floor. Upon returning, the 2 hunters were stuck in the actual spiral staircase. I killed both of them, but had to fast travel back to the safe room as their wrecks were blocking the stairs.

In Minken, I watched machines clip right through the wall. They were tracking and shooting from outside. Suddenly I was being hit. I looked back to see them partially clipping through a wall, which they then breached completely and were fully inside.
