Apparently this is an issue among a lot of people, but I’ve completed radio silence and have yet to get anything for enemy of my enemy. Is there any way to fix it? I love this game and if I can’t complete the story I’m going to be extremely frustrated.
Nevermind, having read the description of the mission, I assume you have to do ALL the missions that include dis-jamming radio towers.
Yes, and on that note, there is no bug with the appearance of that mission.

After completing radio silence mission. The quest enemy of my enemy does not appear
To get “Enemy of my Enemy” mission, you need to complete all missions that deal with radio jamming. These include: Calling for Help, Over and Out, Radio Silence, Line of Fire, Loud and Clear.
