Everything is happening very slowly

It takes a couple of minutes to just load all the buildings in. The voice of therese comes minutes after she was supposed to say it. And it cant find any way to fix it. There are also random crashes aswell. I’ve tried reinstalling but it didnt do the trick.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 1600 af
16gb 3200mhz ram
gtx 980ti
600watt power supply

Can you provide some more information?
Are you playing the steam or the game pass version? Which OS?

Maybe some of the other users have some more ideas how to help you, as I just play on PS5, but they probably need more infos.
