So, has anyone found the “experimental little gift” yet? I found a little something but I’m unsure if it’s something that was added with the patch.
EDIT: Seems like what I found has been around since January at least.

The experimental eyepiece. Which seemed to fit the description.
A yes the eye , it is a pretty rare for some reason , i think one of the rarest nonevent vanicyty items. Also do you know if the event has started ?
I found two of them killing my rivals just now,. And two earpieces, which I already have. I can’t be sure it started although today IS the 26th.

Yes.
And funny thing is - my character was at level 18 
Might be better than most weapons in the game. 
Just got it too. It took 10 4 level rivals.
