I was playing with a fellow that had an experimental al76 light machine gun.
This has not spawned with the reaper.
Does anyone know of the best spot to obtain or get a chance on a looted corpse to get an experimental machine gun?
There is no exp AI-76 machine gun. You might be referring to the Experimental KVM 59. Which is the only exp lmg. The only way to obtain that gun is to kill rivals, and loot them. EXP weapons only drop when you are above level 25. All rivals should be able to drop it. Level 4 rivals have the highest drop chance. Rival tanks seem to drop them the most

Funny, I got my first exp weapon with the current char from a lvl 4 prototype hunter rival. The second one I got from a lvl 4 FNIX hunter rival 
Other players online drop experimentals the most. 
I got my first exp. KVM 59 from a random guy, back when it was an event item. Didn’t even have to ask!
My second exp. KVM 59 I got from a lvl. 3 FNIX Hunter rival.
Easy…
I have two, and I’m pretty sure they both came from Hunters, which normally drop nothing at all. One was a military, and other I don’t remember.
My mistake. I was speaking from personal experience. As all of mine dropped from tanks. I knew they could drop from other ones.
