Yes, please read the add-on sir.
It was not at all that impractical… just heavy.
Also, though 7.62mm, the recoil was VERY low, even on full auto.
Which made it, according to some, too accurate for it’s purpose.

Back in the '89, when I joined the army, we were taught of the FN FAL FALLO/FN Minimi Maximi.
And upon learning the innitial purpose, to scare folks away from storming in, one soldier said:
“So, basically… one should be ape-drunk to operate the gun?”
Even the instructor laughed at that one.
To get sorta back on topic… I’m still waiting for my Laser Minigun.
Momma… that looks OP…
Then, why not…
I’ll keep my thumbs up for you, sir.
For the ‘normal’ version, maybe a 5.56mm mini-version?
Thoughts?
Ohh,my apologies to you then:))It’s very interesting to know something new about different army’s weapon classification system
Nice choice !!!I wish smart gun from Aliens then:thinking:
You wanna be like good ol’ Arnie from Terminator? Very interesting but not for me.You need to carry a gun, battery pack for barrel’s block engine + huge backpack with ammo:sunglasses:
Naaaaaah, you do not, sir @Dusty.
You plug it into a Runner or other bigger machine.
Otherwise, batteries in GZ are slightly more powerful than your average car battery, seeing the machines never go to a house plug. XD
Hm,it’s true but what about munition carrying?1000 rounds 5,56mm around 14 Kg and they will fly away for seconds. If you driving by truck it’s not a big problem but how many thousands rounds you can carry with you by your own/bicycle?
points at the Runner…
Mmm…holding Runner like home pet?You are wise,Sir
Sign me up then:sunglasses:
One?
One PACK yes.
I thought one for the AG5. The special effect is a hyperburst function. It is basically a 2-3 round burst. But at like 2000 RPM. It is a similar function to the AN-94, or G11. And in this universe The Sweden government was prepared for war with the Soviets. So it would make sense they would have spies. And therefore it is possible they found out about the AN-94. Which was officially made in 1994, and most likely designed for years before then. Sweden with this knowledge then designed their own.
@MarkNcheese42 Best idea I’ve read in a long time.
This could actually make me start using a 5,56 mm weapon, just like the exp. Kpist made me start using an SMG.
But why?
It’s a children ammo type.
Real men eat the 7.62 mm. XD
5,56x45 mm bites a lot harder than 9x19 mm.
And like I said, it becomes useful when you’re able to shoot a lot of them really fast.
But yeah, 7,62 for the win!
Well… 240mm bites even a wee harder, I would say? XD
Hard to hip shoot, I reckon. :S
Here’s some art, from a friend of mine: PeterKu…
BRILLIANT modeller…
These could even be base for GZ weapons.

IMHO, seeing we have melee… a laser-katana would fit perfectly.
It would be Exp. only, logically…
I really like Nr. 4 )))Sniper rifle looks great
This could be a rail gun type.
We already have one, of course, though it could be an upgrade from a hunter rifle.
