Any specific enemy type?
So far i have half, 2 of them were from hunters, they seem random, looted the same weapon from a prototype hunter and from a military tank.

I absolutely hope they never add disadvantages to the experimental weapons, finding awesome powerful weapons is a huge selling point to the game. If anything, I hope they add more of them and even more powerful experimental weapons (along with new and more powerful machines as well).

During the free weekend I was about to get bored with the game about 8-9hrs inā€¦then I found my first experimental weapon (didnā€™t even know about them) and that def reignited my interest.

I took out 4 hunters and one gave me the 6 star pistol. Then took out 2 Rival Tanks and got standard general items. Thought there was something great in each Rival. Still playing and hoping for more.

Not that i remember, mostly tanks & harvesters. Some hunters. And all classes.

It took them 8 months to add the controversial experimental weapons.
No offense, mate, but if you got bored of the base gameā€™s, what, 14 weapons within 9 hours, I donā€™t think anyone will be able to add weapons fast enough for you. :wink:

You shouldnā€™t assume what I meant. Itā€™s not about the number of weapons, itā€™s about the prospect of finding rare/unique weapons with special/high tech effects. That I find really interesting and makes me want to collect them all and destroy robots with them.

On the other hand they couldā€™ve added 2 more variants of regular/real world assault rifles and that wouldnā€™t have interested me to the same degree.

You do realize that that supports my point though, Iā€™m sure. If additional weapons that are just an additional star (i.e. better stats and a new skin) arenā€™t likely to be added with such a frequency, this would likely be more so for each variant that also produces a new, semi-original effect.

It doesnā€™t, you are literally arguing with my expressed personal opinion and what I find interesting/fun about the game, and what Iā€™d like to see more of. If you disagree and think they should have negative qualities, or donā€™t care to see more of the experimental weapons, thatā€™s cool and like, your opinion man, but argue your own opinion instead.
