Explosive physics are weird

Description:
The damage taken by explosions seems very random. It seems there are only two steps of damage: 50% and 100% minus potential explosion protection equipped. I tried it already with 8 canisters and still had only 91% damage.
(Funny that there is not even any fall damage during the test.)

Steps To Reproduce:
Place a ludicrous amount of gas canisters right next to the char and shoot at it. There is a maximum the char takes damage and at low amounts the damage taken varies between 50% and 91% (having some explosive protection equipped).

Weird maybe in real life, in a game, I don’t know. :coffee: But I don’t see this as a bug. I think this is a deliberate fixed game mechanic. It would take precious resources to realistically calculate the inflicted body damage. Have you tried other tests like shooting 1 tank and incrementally increase the distance from the tank or placing the tanks in the straight line after each other.
