Around the coordinations of 1595, 4274 (on the main road) my character fell through the ground and when the game tried to reset me, I fell through it again, I teleported to the nearby lighthouse safe house and wasn’t falling until I exited the building I was in.
Not sure if this has been reported before, but this unfortunately seems to randomly happen, though thankfully it’s infrequent. You can drop back to the main menu and then load back into the game to fix it.
