How could it have reverted?
Have you just exchanged the wooden walls with concrete walls and it’s like it hasn’t saved your changes?
At which control point exactly did that happen?
No. I constructed my first control point at the far Southwest Farmland border entirely of wood. After several battles --over a period of several days-- I demolished the original wooden walls that I first constructed the base with. Then I saved new concrete walls and had several defense rounds with my base being entirely concrete. After battles elsewhere on the map at other locations, I returned to the Southwest Control point and my base had reverted to wooden walls. I was amazed! Especially because it had taken so much concrete and steel to establish my fortress. Now it was all wood. I haven’t had that happen anywhere else, but some bugs remain in the farmland region.

Weird.
There seem to be some control point related issues in the last few days.
I could bet that losing my safehouses again was also related to building a base at sjöglimten control point in farmlands, as it was the only thing I did between two saves and logins.
