2 days ago I ran into 9 Mech Dogs (AKA Runners), I killed 6 of them before the rest FINALLY began their assault… and I am fairly convinced others noticed the same…?

NEW IDEAS:
Exoskeleton/Implants:
Idea is to create or an exoskeleton, or install implants that will be independant of the current Skills.
What does this mean:
- a new Skill Tree that allows to create, maybe install if Implants are chosen, and the ability to use these, perhaps in quality level.
IF quality levels should be used, one could use multiple points in one skill, like some skills do.
The idea to implement this would not mean one gets more Exp or more Skill points, these would stay the same so the current tactical thinking in locating Skill Points would STILL apply.
Ideas for the Parts could be:
-Higher Jumping (replaces jump shoes)
-Faster Running (would replace the skill)
-Higher Stamina/Stamina Removal
-Extra Weapon Slot (as one does not have the same encumbrance limitation like without support of tech)
-Aim Support/Running Aim Support/Hip Shot Support (logical since the strength of the player is increased leading to better stabilization of the weapon)
-Aim Sight (basically build in Scope Aim, but interchangeable in strength from 1x to 8x16, usable in Hip Shooting)
-Maybe some other ideas.
