All workplaces, schools and many People have one at home. Throw one out and shoot it. It should be a cloud that disturbes their visual detectors. Like a big smoke grenade.

Your idea is good but would be even better if they made it so the smoke from grenades actually impaired the machines vision.
One provides way too little smoke. You need like 4-5 grenades. And it just takes up valuable space in your imventory when you need that many i one go. So yes. Today it isn’t a useful thing. But for future updates.
I’ve snuck out a house thanks to my grenades. But needed four. And the only thing positive was that i didn’t get shoot on the spot by the tank outside. But the hunters spotted me and came charging.
