So I did the Fyling Blind quest. By “did” I mean, almost completed the quest. I cant because I looted the whole room in the bunker before I picked a note that said that I should loot that specific place to finish the quest. Now the quest just cant be completed. Any help how to fix this?

This is a very well known known bugged quest. It’s been reported many times already. If you don’t do it in exactly the right order, it breaks.
Hopefully they’ll have a fix for it in the upcoming patch that’s supposed to primarily address broken missions.
