Since today I have the problem that the FmTel tasks simply disappear after about 2 minutes, in my task tab only the man with the helmet can be seen and it is pointed out that you should create an account.
I already have the account and it is also active, because I leave the game completely in Windows and start again, the tasks are there again for about 2 minutes, then they disappear again as if no account was registered/existing, I play it Game since 2019-20.

it did the same thing to me yesterday, I saw the missions for a moment, then the helmet man was the only thing I saw also

Maybe they were doing some maintance at the servers, had to restart them some times or your connection wasn’t as stable.
I have this happen off and on, on Xbox. When it’s bad I also have a problem of assignments tracking. For example, yesterday I was breaking tvs, even though I was still logged in, the number was not going up. Later I saw I was no longer logged in. I quit the game, kick it out of quick resume, relaunched but still not logged in, tried again. This happened several times. I have had so much trouble getting randomly logged out that I usually check just before completing a base assault mission. I did that yesterday. I confirmed I was logged in, finished the assault, but it didn’t complete the assignment. Afterward I checked, still logged in. I was having difficulty staying logged in yesterday, worst day for it that I have experienced. However, towards the end of the night, it got better and the tracking also improved. Both issues are obviously related.
Are you hard wired or wireless? Being wireless could easily explain you getting logged out so quickly.
This is still current issue. Cannot connect to Avalance account.
All assignments disappeared some point yesterday afternoon on my time frame.
I remember i was doing destroy enemy base with only handguns, just to notice after completed base destruction assignments are offline.
Just an idea…
Maybe the devs work on the assignments.
Just two days left until the next update rolls out hopefully.
And many of us wanted some things to be changed…
They are working now, it was either a connection problem or the developer is working on it.
No assignments. Telling me I do not have an account.
I’m pretty sure this is/was a connection problem with the Apex account - I had some similar issues, where the tracking of assignments was sporadic, and I was logged in, then logged out a few minutes later etc.
Will check later today if the issue persists (yesterday evening it was working fine).
For me and my mate yesterday evening fmtel-missions were not accessable. Just the helmet-guy to be seen.
Assignments are working fine for me for the last hour here…
Carni mentioned on Discord earlier today that the reason behind the recent Apex Connect Account issues is because they were under more stress as a result of them releasing Call of the Angler on Consoles. Apparently they are working on reinforcing the system.
