Description: Not a serious bug, and the only real reason I’m sharing it is because of how strange it is. After finishing a fight against a FNIX Harvester Rival and its Hunter escort, I noticed two consecutive explosions, constantly repeating. After investigating, I found two flechettes from the FNIX Hunters constantly respawning in the same place. The first one I can see being possible, as it probably missed one of us and embedded in the side of the truck and somehow got stuck in a spawning loop. As for the second, I have no idea how it got there, as we never fought near that location. It must have gone through the rock hill to embed in the side of that house. I was the only one who could see it. The other two could not.
Steps To Reproduce: I really have no idea.

Funny side-note: Unfortunately I didn’t capture it in this clip, as just moments after it ends, actually while I was capturing this clip, my dumbass friend pushed me off the side of this cliff and killed me, along with himself.
