Disabling DLC won’t change the map, it’ll only make your DLC exclusive items despawn and (temporarily?) withdraw your access to cosmetics. Don’t do it.

If you bought a physical copy, installed it (preferably on a different machine) and then disconnected from the internet. In theory, you could play it the way it originally shipped.
I keep meaning to do it tbh.
