So I have managed to enter this area buy using a simple trick … my qquestion is , are we ( or does this area open up ) supposed to be able to get in this area at some point in the game ? I’ve been running around trying to finish missions that some how are not working , so I was messing around and got into FOA , kinda cool lots of stuff to pick up .

For me the simple trick was to simply open the door when the little white circle appears. So I don’t think that it is “off limits”. I believe we are all very excited to find out, what this structure is all about. Especially the big, round silo lids on the ground. To quote @Zesiir:

I could not open it … my game is bugged so that could be… there are missions I can not complete. Out of the 84 missions I have 10 that will not pop up so I can complete them …
I’m sure that FOA2 is not a part of any current missions. But I think we can expect it to be in future missions.

Is that the round structure with big doors ?
Yes, I’m talking about the very big structure north of Norrmyra Artillery Base. If you have found another one like that, please let us know

Yes, the opening mechanism is in the middle of each door, and not at the join. I mean, well done for finding a cunning ploy to get inside, but the E key works just fine! 
It’s cool inside with scary music, even when you have the music turned off, and lots of ammo and grenades…

No button pops up to enter area ,I’ve tried many times , even inside the little shack the button doesn’t function. It is the FOA2 building I’m referring too …
Just walk towards the big doors between the guard house on the right and the shack on the left. Move towards the middle of the left door and wait for the little circle to show up. point in it’s direction and press E (if on PC). There will be no text-notification to do so… It might be neccessary to fiddle around a bit with the right direction though. But in general that’s all what’s about the little “E”-trick…
