Yesterday I emailed customer service and informed them that they are selling a product on the Ps store that’s not compatible with their console.
I received a email 5 hours later saying they would look into it.
This morning I got a response from a different csr Informing me that after some testing it is indeed no longer compatible with their consoles.
He said after 7 days from my original complaint if it’s still not compatible they will credit my psn account for the purchase and recommend it to his manager for removal from the Ps market.
So if you want a chance at a refund put in the email that it’s a compatability issue as that’s one of the only ways to get a refund for something bought from the Ps store
There have been many posts on these GZ forums about people thinking it’s not possible to get a refund, so posting this information here is appropriate and helpful to some users. Since it is game specific it makes sense to post it here as well. It would get lost in a deep web of confusion on Sony’s forums
sorry but if i buy a jumper from kmart , i go back to kmart for the refund.

No, constantly posting that people want refunds and wishing it was removed from PSN entirely is harassment at best to the dev team, they have already stated they have been able to replicate the issue and are working on a fix, they have only so many people available working on it and things take time. they have to sift through the code to see what is causing this issue and others in order to fix them.
Ok im back . I just could not sit back and watch the forum that was once fun crap on it’s self . It’s a bug like many game’s it’s a bug , go and hunt killer rabbit’s in your perfect bug free world , and come back and play when it’s fixed . Yep bug got my copie aswell has had a few ups and down’s since launch , but seeing as i like this sorta game im gonna wait and see , go a head get the refund bye bye
I’m gonna allow it on here. As much as I hate to see people give up on GZ and to see them go, I understand their frustration and if they want to refund the game, this post will help with confusion.
That’s a very appreciated stance, and it will lead to a better product in the future for the devs to see their audience’s true feelings and maybe adjust workflow to prevent a similar situation down the road.
If this is the case theres no doubt sony maybe having mass report errors.Ive never had a refund on a game ever but i am very cautious buying after letdowns lessons to be learned.Its a shame rite now its unplayable for PS4 users.The customers players even community is correct on this one unfortuneatly.
It isn’t harassment if it’s a valid complaint. If I had bought the game a few days ago ( worst case scenario ) and found it incompatible with my PS4 I’d be pissed and want a refund as well. You are defending the Game and Devs as if it is personal towards you. You need to undelude yourself and wake up to just how many problems this Game has had and has created with each Patch. I just finished the Game a second time on PC and now toolboxes are empty, Ammo Cases can only be searched one time, relogging does’nt respawn anything in them, I had a Green Harvester take 8 red/propane Tanks, 4 mines, 1 large fuel cell, and 4 clips of AH 74 AP ammo to kill. Ive been playing since launch and I want my Money back. Lets hope the Devs get their heads out of their Butts and fix these problems soon.
Just wait till you get off the starting island to see what a crap fest the game really is… then you’ll most likely be fully agreeable with it getting pulled from the store completely. I was the same as you when I first got it, now I’m just disappointed and tried to get a refund but Microsoft wouldn’t let me. I filled out a huge statement too saying how it’s basically unplayable with how broken it is and I can’t progress on some missions. As well as the game dropping down to like 5FPS and playing in slow motion.
