Future Update, if Devs agrees

In future i wish they will add:

Regional Weapons : Steyr AUG, Flare Gun, G36 C, MK 14 EBR, FIM-92 Stinger (Actual locks only Air supports which is Firebird)

WW2 Weapons : Colt M1911, MP 40, Grease Gun, STG 44, Thompson, M1 Garand, (Possibly Panzerschreck), Carl Gustaf M4 (Rückstoßfreies), Mauser C96, Drilling M30, MG 42, Sten Mk. 1, Stielhandgranate

Sight Attachment : ACOG, Red Dot sight, Holo sight, (Sniper Scope needs better improvement which is another crosshairs)

Possibly but not sure, if they can do it : M224 Mortar

Change Implements : Skill Tree could be used all skills which is up to 32 Points, that would be useful

According by usning Snipe, that would be great if they made change way using same in Real Life Sniping.

In my opinion, the Weapon DLC should be free for everyone unless it’s not necessary to get Weapon DLC . Anyway. I hope you like to read this

My opinion:

  1. Weapons / Attachments:
Keep in mind the game is set in 1989.
Most of what you suggested is too modern to fit the game.

  2. Skill tree
No. The intention of the skills and the skill tree is that everyone of the up to 4 players has a specialization. I agree that they need a revamp, but no one should be able to have all skills.

  3. Sniping
I don’t know what you want to ask for.

  4. Weapon DLC…
… are not necessary. There were many guns for free in the past, like all the experimental weapons or the introduction of melee weapons (sledgehammer, bat).

If you like to have more than needed, why don’t spend some €$£? They are often sold with a discount and the additional cash helps the studio to keep the support and the game alive.

But it’s christmas time and of course, like you wrote, you may wish what you like… Everything and everything for free.
At least you should know, that there is almost no chance to get this.

That 3. you mean: For example above this. Because it feels like realistic.

and other opinions i could understand and agrees what you means. I wasnt sure if they could do it.

thanks anyways

That’s not true. The Steyr AUG for example was quite popular in the 80’s, especially in media.
The other weapons & attachments mentioned were used then as well.

@Zesiir
Ok, I was wrong in some facts. I was blinded by the G36, the MK14 EBR and the CG M4 and the modern sights.

Here some more details.

Steyr AUG: 1978 :+1:
Mk14 EBR: 2002
FIM-92 Stinger: 1980 :+1:
G36 C: 1997
Flaregun: :+1:

ACOG: 1987 :+1:
Holo sight: 1996
Red Dot Sight: still in the game

One more thing:
Carl Gustaf M4 is the most modern version of the Carl Gustaf we already have in the game.
The first Carl Gustaf is from 1941, second from 1946 (the first 84mm version), M2 version from 1972, but the M4 is from 2014.

  • The mK14 is a modernized “S21” and its from the early XXI century.

  • G36 is from the early 90s.

  • An attachment for the Gr49 to have heat seeking capabilities would do instead of having Stingers.

  • Sight attachments would be great!

  • Considering they are putting old weapons like the Mosin, who am i to be against WW2 gear…we just would need a lot more of space for so many weapons.

The machines are highly mobile, mortars are not useful, they are not Ru mobiks in trenches .

Weapons are always welcome but I feel we kinda have most archetypes and playstyles covered, the DLCs are mostly remodels of existing guns with slight variations and it’s honestly cluttering the loot pool at this point, I mean how different does and encounter feel when you play it with the kpist vs an STG44? More attachments for existing weapons are a different story however, we still lack a lot of pistol scopes/sights or even maybe stocks for some, and new sights would be a blessing for some guns. I’d pay for an attachment DLC that fills gaps for some of the existing guns.

does even 80s have a laser dot? because the experimental magnus does. and we must need more attachments because the free weapons doesnt have an update for more attachments. i know theres dlc but its paid and specific attachments for dlc. you see what im saying that it needs more attachments for free weapons.

does even 80s have a laser dot?

It was in Terminator 1, so I’d believe it had.

That one was custom built for the movie, if I recall correctly. Laser dot sights in the 80’s required a huge battery pack on your person hooked up to a device fastened on a gun. It wasn’t very practical.

Totally fits the experimental vibe of the Exp .44 Magnus though.

OK, thanks for explaining it, wasn’t sure.

makes sense looking at how the machines seem to have revolutionary power sources.

That would fit good.
Nice one. New ammo would be needed, too.
Would love to see it in action with its 3-shot-burst.
