Downloaded and installed the new update. After selecting ‘continue game’ the screen goes black and crashes everytime. Can’t even play it anymore.

Here the same on a PS4 of a friend. On my PS4 Pro I don’t experience this issue.

Well I think now it’s gone up from 85% of people not being able to play, to 90% 
jk… don’t know the actual statistics, but the forums suggest it’s a healthy amount. Probably a little over 55%-60%
I have the same issue! Crashes after update on PS4. No gameplay possible. Powergamer-Friend of mine never played suche a buggy game before. I am new to PS4 and this is not what I expected. Don´t want to accellerate but I had much more fun with Horizon. Anyway I hope it will get fixesd asap to get back up and playing… Thanks

Based off the way the last couple months have went, I’d say this game will be fixed (somewhat) in another 6 months to 1 year. They do an update like once a month, and with this one they did absolutely nothing about bugs and glitches that are reported on here, over and over by hundreds of players.
I’ve got the same issue. Ready to play! I’ve downloaded the new update on PS4. Launched the game, it says my stored game was corrupted and needed to restore the backup. In either case, after the update, I’m no longer able to play. What’s up with that eh!!
