Game data/ loading bug

I was playing on a friends hosted game and my game application closed and when I tried to open it back up I would get the the home screen press A and working a couple seconds of logging in the game would freeze for a few seconds then close l.

It happens on my Xbox one and I’ve tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it but that didn’t work. I tired playing it on a new account and it worked fine so I deleted all game files for the account I couldn’t play it on but once I would open the game It would be okay but as soon as it starts synchronising game data the game would freeze and crash.

I have absolutely no clue why it’s happening and I’ve tried all the things I could but I don’t know how to fix it.

Sounds like a corrupt save file. The problem is deleting the game files / uninstalling & reinstalling won’t clear your backup (cloud) save. To do that you’ll have to;

Go to My Games and Apps > Installed games,

Go to Generation Zero and press the menu button (three lines)

Then select Manage Game, go down to Saves, on the save file press menu (three lines), then Delete Save Data and choose “Delete everywhere”.

If this still doesn’t work, then try doing it again. Sometimes you might have to do it twice.

I hope this helps!

Yeah I’ve already tried that but whenever I relaunch the game it auto magically tries to synchronise game data
