If you’re playing in a different language (which one?), try changing it to english and try again.
There is probably a shotgun choke that causes this issues. Sometimes it can also happen because of a bugged smg barrel attachment.
If you used filtering and sorting options in your storage, this can also be the reason. Try to change the filters back to default.
