My son doesn’t have a psn account. so he plays in off-line mode and it’s not saving no matter what he does. It’s been happening for over a year. He will not be getting one till he is older.
Unfortunately GZ on the PS4 / PS5 requires you to create a PSN online account even if you only ever intend to play offline. You need to create a PSN account first, which is free, then you can play offline.
This is different to a PS+ account, which requires a paid subscription. You only need this if you want to use cloud saves across multiple devices.

I would like to see a disc version with all dlc on the disc
