In other topic, someone had their Cpu and Gpu both working on near 100%, and he was worried about.
I have verified that If I have Fullscreen enabled my GPU also goes to near 100%, My Cpu stays around 30% depending on what I have running of coarse.
Switching to Borderless window my GPU shows 36%.

I never tried. I would be curious to have numbers about the framerate and frametime, comparing exclusive fullscreen and borderless window. I temporarily uninstalled the game, so I can’t try.

Comparing to fullscreen, borderless is ~5% slower… at least on my setup.
That makes sense, I think. That’s usually why I stick to exclusive fullscreen.
Not sure what that means. I used Taskmanager /tab processes, to see what the percentage was for GPU both on “Botherless window” and “Fullscreen”. Do you see a big difference there?
GPU usage is displayed right next to GPU temperature (96-98%)
Task manager shows 100% in both modes.
I saw a setting in Steam once for a counter. Is the counter I see on your pics from the one that Steam has? I can try and see what it says later when I play the game.
No, it’s from MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner combo.
