Game won't launch (PS5)

I’ve tried finding a conversation about this but had no luck.

I can’t play the game on my PS5. It says installed but where you click “play Game” just has a greyed out “Installed”

I can’t launch it.

Since getting a PS5 I’ve never been able to play it because of this. I’d love to come back.

With the disc version there is no problem for me and my friends on PS5.

Have you tried reinstalling the game?
Internal and external storage?

On external storage I only had the problem that it crashed often, maybe due to too much data (especially in fights with tons of hunters).
