I have completed all the main missions and side missions but can’t pick up the pulley wheel for the boat to cross to Himfali. It won’t let my character across even in multi player as soon as the boat touches the dock on the other side my character is thrown back to Lemarns Marina. Spelling is off in several instances but you can get the idea. I am tired of being limited.
You need the Alpine Unrest DLC to get across or pick up the pulley.
