I had some ideas.
If I’m not wrong, there is one of the apparment complexes in the upper right. It’s the back of such a building. The backside is facing south.
I spent some time now to search all these buildings (except at klinte), but I wasn’t able to find this location, so I must have missed some.
You have the right idea. A hint: It’s on the north side of a main road called "City"vägen.
I found the spot! It’s right here at 822.140, 26.917 just off Östervik Vägen. Great clue with the ‘city’ road! As you can see the speed limit on this road is 30 km / tim! That’s my name! Is “tim” a Swedish unit of speed?
Also glad to see the runners using the crosswalk….safety first!
Another great hunt, @Gysbert. This one took me quite a bit longer than the others, but that clue really helped in the end.

I’ve been all over there, but I really must have missed it.
I think I must have missed more places in the past. At least I can’t remember this Iron church Site…

Nothing to search for, but did you know Flash Cola?
That’s the shed at the IC fitness site, it’s in the shed route.
But the cola in the red car I might have seen, but I can’t remember.
Two great spots, @Madchaser If I’m remembering correctly, I think I know where the first one is. I’ll double check after work, but is that the place with a row of white deckchairs facing a body of water, a white fence nearby, a single outhouse and maybe even a vegetable patch? Those Iron Church bullies do love their stockpiles!
As for the second photo, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Flash Cola bottle before! I’ve only just started paying attention to the in game commercial products, but this one doesn’t ring a bell. I do remember a big truck full of cola that had a run in with a tank just east of Helgaryd, there were crates spilling into the floor… but I can’t recall what brand it was!
Great challenges both, can’t wait to track these down!

I didn’t think of it when I found this place.
The car with the Flash Cola isn’t far from there. It’s at a hiking park iIrc.
Today I went to some places, I haven’t been for a long time.
I even found a safehouse, that I haven’t rediscovered after I lost all my safehouses long time ago.
I also was at a place where I found an adrenaline shot in the world that I obviously haven’t picked up yet… Or has it maybe returned? I’ll find that out.
At one place I found a nice one-room-house:

That’s a great find! I’ll be on the lookout for that one room house later tonight, looks like exactly the kind of spot I enjoy seeing. And you know I’ll be scanning every shelf and crate on the way for a bottle of that Flash Cola too… still looking!!!

The red car is at the road south of Alvas Stenar tourist attraction on the parking lot.

This whole cola hunt has got me thinking. I might start cataloguing all the commercial products in Generation Zero. I’ve been trying to screenshot the graphics of each one, and I’m even toying with the idea of recreating a few in real life to display in my room. The only issue is I’m on Xbox, and there’s this odd glitch where the assets look quite crisp and well-defined from a distance, but as soon as you zoom in, whether with a scope or in photo mode, they suddenly pixelate. You’ve got to be super quick on the draw to catch them at just the right moment. PC players don’t seem to have this problem at all, which makes me slightly jealous! 
I left the One-room house for you to hunt down. I have been there not that long ago.
Now I am off to Japan. 
The first flash Cola bottle was a screenshot I made on PS5, not pc.
