next to a grocery store, what’s the name again, krogers
KungSam Sorry, I see the shopping cart
Good guess, but no, there is nowhere a building near. It’s is a rather strange spot for a shopping cart, which makes it worth of investigation.
I found it, Smultronstället control point.
Did anyone see this on twitter?
North masskar, looking south, I’d guess.
Tatjanas hideout, southeast of Kopparberget castle ruin.
As it’s in great height on a mountain, I guess it’s Kopparberget castle ruin.
That’s right.
It’s not Kopparberget castle.
I post the large version, because this picture really fits into the series, don’t you think?
I still wonder what program @SR_Carni uses to get the overlay to work, to get that old and wrinkled postcard look. I’m guessing Adobe photoshop. But since Adobe is not a cheap program I don’t have it. I still work with an outdated PSP 7 version. It doesn’t work with me when I add two layers together, without losing too much of the original picture quality.
Me wonder, too, about that.
If it would be a multilayer file, ok, then you would just have to place your picture between the layers, but it’s just a jpg.
Most times I just use a mobile app (picsart) to edit pictures on my mobile.
Picsart also uses two layers initially, but merges them to get the final picture.
But compare the left top-corner of your picture below with SR_Carni’s picture. Your overlay opacity was too high, or in other words the transparency too low. I played around with my layers opacity settings in PSP, but I always lost quality either of the overlay or the picture, which resulted in ugly postcards.
I think Photoshop has more settings to adjust. Or the overlay changed by posting it here. Maybe the original overlay had some transparency properties, that changed when the forum changed the image into a jpg-file. That’s why I posted my adjusted overlay in Gif-file format, which was not converted.
Yes, I know, I see, I agree.
As gif or png we should have more useful information in the file that it could be used better.
Yes, I have a multilayer template on photoshop that I just need to put a screenshot into! For the PNG I gave you in this thread, I exported it without any background image, so theoretically it should work the same way, but there are probably some photoshop settings that don’t get applied with the PNG
Looks good enough in your versions, though! The artist who made the template, Irma, enjoyed this thread a lot.
We just got a jpg, not a png.
Glad to see there are more than just Gysbert and me (in general), who enjoy it
Ooooh the forum converts it to a JPEG >:( that’s silly.
Just over the Overbyan bridge at the start of the bike race, on Österviksleden the road to Östervik.
