Joined at some point, played a lot, did a lot. Became a mod for the finest forum I’ve ever worked with. We fought back the bot posts and had fun with it.

I’m a relatively new member here, joining around the Covid era after being relocated for work to a miserable, freezing castle. It was @Gysbert map that first brought me to the forum, and once I started reading the posts, ideas, and discussions, it completely reignited my love for this wonderful game.
Throughout Covid, this community kept me going….the conversations, debates, and shared discoveries were genuinely uplifting. What amazes me is that even after all these years, there’s still so much to talk about, uncover, and enjoy together. Seeing new players arrive, offering advice, and watching them fall in love with the game has been such a great experience.
So thank you all for being a meaningful part of my life. I hope we continue together through gus knows what will happen in the future through Discord!

I bought an Xbox because I needed a BlueRay player and it was on sale. Then, out of curiosity, I looked for games in the store. For some months I circled around this new game set in Sweden but I decided to wait a few months for the initial bugs to be rooted out 
But once I got going I was completely lost into this magnificent world of Östertörn. And honestly, for me the game was mostly stable and I had a really fine gaming experience. I got a lot of beating, though 
That kept me on my toes.
The game evolved, somethings I loved and something not so much, but the journey has been fantastic. And as I joined this forum after some months of gameplay, I found a wealth of knowledge and a lot of really amazing people. Thanks to all of you!
I had a lot of fun with @Bootie, and sometimes I probably got the Mods a bit on the nerves. But those were great times. And thanks, @Zesiir , for giving us the space to horse around 
But here we are, and the forum is closing down. That is a pity, but since the game is no longer being developed, I guess this was to be expected. I’m greatful for everything we got. But I’m also sad as GZ had potential to so much, much more.
