Have the conditions for spawning reapers changed? Some weeks back I usually had one to play with, but haven’t now seen one for a while.
Or were they a purely temporary inclusion?
The Reaper is still in the game. I fought one about 5 days ago. Make sure you have at least a region level of 21 and a maximum of 7 rivals in that region. If you have 8 he can’t spawn because he takes up a rival spot.
