I did a fast travel into the warehouse next to the ferry planning to go across to the island and several hunters were waiting in the safe house for me. I am used to the machines coming into the safe hose but they have never been waiting for me.

Usually there are only runners at that location, but hunters sometimes do come and visit

Yup. I’m pretty sure it’s a bug, but the Lennart’s Marin AB safehouse often has enemies inside when you spawn there.
Usually it’s just a runner or two, but I’ve had hunters inside there too as soon as I spawn.
