Help, missing key

Ok, so I’ve searched high and low but I can’t find the key to this door at Torsberga near the safehouse. Is there one and if so, please put me out of my misery by telling me where to find it.

Pretty sure that place is inaccessible. No idea why it says it needs a key when they could’ve just put a box in front of the door or something.

Maybe it’s part of an upcoming dlc, like the container at the end of the bike race mission.
