If you’re talking about the assignments with “Complete a base assault mission using only XXX”, this isn’t the missions I’m talking about. Only “Kill X with Y” type assignments.

Not those. I never have any issues with those as long as you do not trigger the assault mission.

Kill a tank with a pistol is one that I have found.

Kill a wolf with a melee weapon is another.

I’ve done both those, and I didn’t use pistol or melee all the way through, Which pistol did you use? Because only the original pistols work - at least the EE pistols do not work.

Maybe the US pistol doesn’t work at all either?

Works fine. AP switched out to FMJ as required. Works every time for me.

I can’t say if those assignments are bugged out. But on a “Kill a Wolf with a Handgun” (a combination of sorts), it works to only deal finishing shots with a Klaucke (sorry for the bad sound quality).
