I have found a garage, with Sleeping bag, where´s normal coming Hiding Place unlocked? But here not?
It´s normal?

Yes, it’s pretty normal, not every sleeping bag makes a safehouse…

Watch for the icons in your HUD and you’ll notice when a safehouse is within a distance of 250 m
